10-MINUTE DAILY QIGONG ROUTINE

Qigong is a gentle exercise that is over 4,000 years old.  Much like Tai Chi, Qigong uses movement, postures, breath and meditation to build a strong body, a calm, clear mind and an open heart. It balances your body, mind and spirit to set the stage for optimal wellbeing.
